3rd
year: the year abroad
This
is the core element of our school. It is the central year of our course, eagerly
anticipated by ebs students,
which provides the basis for our entire European teaching system.
Two
semesters abroad
Students
must spend 2
semesters abroad in
two of our ebs or
partner universities,
followed by a 5-month work placement in one of the countries, i.e. 1 semester in
an English-speaking country and 1 semester in the country of the second language.
Students
with a good level of English can choose to spend 2 semesters in an English-speaking
country in order to obtain a Bachelor’s Degree.
The
teaching provided at the 10 centres – Paris, London, Dublin, Milan, Munich,
Dortmund, New York, Riga, Kaliningrad and Shanghai – is coordinated by an International
Teaching Committee, which aligns programmes, methods and testing procedures.
Students
can also choose to study in Jacksonville, Florida, or in Puebla, Mexico, or in Bangkok,
Thailand (see some of our
partner Schools).

To
prepare trilingual international managers through theory and practice, the discovery
of cultures, and linguistic immersion.

The
International work placement – 4 months starting in April
The
work placement must be carried out abroad.
Students
find out about the working methods and business cultures of each country. They develop
their fluency in foreign languages.
They
must demonstrate eagerness and adaptability.

Support
Directors
of studies for each year
Each
director monitors students, draws up the teaching plan, makes project coherent, and
confirm teaching progress in the programmes at regular meetings with teachers.
