1st year: The basics

Objective
This year involves training in the basics. It aims to give students fundamental knowledge in the extensive subjects of management and the business environment, while developing the two obligatory foreign languages, general cultural knowledge and personal development. Year 1 is built on classes, seminars, method conferences and projects.

Seminars
These are spread over the year and consist in developing students’ personal projects, and their creative and entrepreneurial ability (IT, marketing, creativity, business games, country projects, etc.).

Work placement: Operative employee – 1 month, February
An initial encounter with a company. The placement involves carrying out simple tasks. Students discover the world of employment and life in a business environment.

Work placement: Salesperson – 2 months at the end of the academic year
This placement introduces students to selling methods, and methods to analyse the various procedures and negotiation cycles of a supply and a demand.

Directors of studies for each year

Each director monitors students, draws up the teaching plan, makes project coherent, and confirm teaching progress in the programmes at regular meetings with teachers.
